It has been eight months and I am still waiting for an overcharge to be credited to my credit card. Very friendly nice man answers OTC phone and says “it should show up next month”.
I placed an order on 12/24/20 for 6 pack of Yogourment Freeze dried yogurt probiotic Starter for the price of $63.99. I received only one pack. I called them and explained that I received only one of six packs. They sent me 3 additional packs few weeks later. I called again and told them there are two pack which you need to send me. They told me we will give you credit. 3 months passed and I did not receive any credit. myotcstore.com is not reliable store to shop.
I ordered some items and a couple days later received an email saying that the order was in process and would receive a tracking number when shipped. Never got that tracking number and when I logged in to my otcstore account, the order was still pending. Tried to call, no one there. Emailed asking about the status of my order... no response. Merchandise not received. Currently I am disputing the charges with my bank. This is during the pandemic when I have to limit going out. Really, really reprehensible for this outfit to be stiffing customers and especially during COVID. Avoid this vendor. I truly believe there is no business and no inventory, just someone stealing people's money.
THIS COMPANY LOOK LEGAL BUT THEIR ARE NOT I ORDERED AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY MERCHANDISE THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR EMAILS I AND SO DISAPPOINTED
Absolutely horrific experience. Claimed they had 4 of the 5 products in stock and when the time came to ship only had one and charged more in shipping than the actual item cost. Fraudulent in every way!

Beware. Your credit card will be charged and you won't receive your item. At least I made an account and the website shows that my order has been "in process" for over a month so I have proof that they took my money without delivering the goods. I'm in process of trying to get refund but I'm not hopeful that it will be easy. UPDATE: After I sent an email asking for a refund I was told my order was never sent due to "inventory problem" but to their credit, my credit card was refunded. So although it took me contacting them, they did respond quickly and refund my credit card.
They carry some of the products I usually get locally in the UK but can't find now in the US. But their customer "support" is horrid. I emailed them about 3 weeks ago, asking if a UK-brand shampoo listed on their website with a different bottle is made in the UK or the US? They wrote back a few days later that someone will get back to me, though no one ever did. I finally called them and the guy who answered (he says they're located in NY...) said there's no way to know where this item was made. How is that possible? Either it's the authentic UK product shampoo that they carry or it's counterfeit??
In the past, I had ordered from them once before and though they charge a lot for shipping, the box didn't even get to me for another 2.5 weeks. Ridiculous.
FYI, Google used to guarantee shopping from this website in the past, but they stopped doing that for this store. I wonder why...?
Terrible service. I ordered 8 boxes of color and paid for 8 items but received only 7!!! I contacted the customer support and they were supposed to look into the issue. It’s been 12 days already and nothing was done. I will never use the store again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it.
